Cary relocated to Miami to start ProCirc in 1993 following stints in Consumer Marketing at Time Magazine and Scientific American. He also was the circulation director at Art & Antiques. Cary has led the growth of ProCirc to its current level of over 175 magazines with a staff of over 35 circulators. Cary spearheaded the launches of Garden Design, Saveur, Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion, Pilates Style, and the highly successful relaunch of Weight Watchers magazine. He was voted the FMA's Fulfillment Manager of the Year in 2008, is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and has served on the Kable Client Advisory Board.

Marc Passarelli is President and CEO of DJG Marketing, a suite of three companies offering innovative outsourcing solutions to the publishing industry.

The three companies are WRSS, the leading distributor of magazines to public place locations, ProCirc, the leading stand-alone, full-service circulation outsourcing company, and DJG Marketing Services, which provides outsourced Audience research and marketing support to Advertising Sales teams and media companies.

Marc has been working in service of the publishing industry for almost 30 years, holding posts at Inflight Newspapers, where he was VP Marketing, President of WRSS, and DJG Marketing as COO and now CEO.

Marc is responsible for the integration/acquisition of DJG Marketing, WRSS and ProCirc, and the creation of ProCirc Retail Solutions Group and ProCirc B2B.

Over his career, Marc has made countless contributions to the publishing industry, including his efforts to educate the industry and create awareness of the Audience Development value of pubic place copies among all the constituencies that this source of circulation serves.

The other important highlight of Marc's career was bringing the vision of a full service outsourcing company, which would serve the publishing industry across the disciplines of research, consumer marketing, public place strategy and audience development to fruition. He has incorporated the various areas under one roof, with top notch talent and expertise. In creating this organization, Marc has brought his business acumen to bear and contributed a meaningful new approach and resource for our industry.

Prior to joining ProCirc Retail, Scott was the Vice President of Retail Sales for Hanley Wood LLC, where he was responsible for their consumer magazine and book circulation. He also as served as Director of Single Copy Sales for Primedia's Consumer Magazine Group and for McMullen Argus Publishing. Scott started his publishing career at Reader's Digest.
 
 
Lynn Bushell, President, ProCirc B2B

Lynn Bushell joined ProCircB2B after a long tenure as Vice President, Audience Development for Lebhar-Friedman, Inc., where she managed a diverse group of magazines, newsletters and web initiatives. Among her many achievements at Lebhar-Friedman, Lynn successfully transitioned the company from a print-centric circulation marketing model to one fully leveraging Web sites and other digital channels for digital/print audience growth and cost-efficiency gains, as well as significantly increasing the company's non-advertising revenue streams.

Over her long career she has served on several industry committees and boards. She is an active member and past chair of the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) Business Industry committee. In 2009, the B-to-B audience developers' association, NTCFI, awarded Lynn the Angelo R. Venezian Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to the advancement of the industry and circulation discipline.

Tony joined ProCirc Retail Solutions Group following a long career at Curtis Circulation Company where he served as Vice President, Business Development, a role encompassing new business acquisitions and development as well as oversight of the client services team's implementation of sales, product development and marketing strategies. Prior to that, Tony served in other executive positions at Curtis including, Group Director, Publisher Sales and Development, in addition to account and sales management roles. Tony has extensive experience and knowledge in all areas of magazine newsstand sales and distribution.

Sally joined ProCirc from Conde Nast where she was Consumer Marketing Director for 15 years. An experienced and innovative marketer, she is an expert at optimizing all consumer and constituent-facing channels (print, e-mail, events, broadcast, web and retail) to target an intended audience and compel them to take action. In addition to leading the consumer marketing strategy on a range of titles, Sally also directed cause marketing - nurturing partnership programs to generate subscriptions and awareness for nonprofit partners. She excels at interpreting key data points to identify opportunities for bottom line improvement. Sally enjoys a collaborative approach, building teams focused on creating profitable businesses while remaining true to the brands.

Bernadette joined ProCirc from Hearst where she was Senior Director of Agent Marketing and Audit Services for 8 years. She is a goal-oriented consumer marketing professional with history of strategic bottom line improvements and a track record for building strong partnership relationships internally and with vendors and clients. She managed the strategic planning, implementation, processing and maintenance of 7MM annual print and digital third party subscription acquisitions across twenty Hearst publication. She has expertise in audit bureau compliance for all new and renewal business. In addition to working for a renowned publisher, Bernadette has experience working on multiple sides of the magazine business - working at a major subscription agency, Synapse and one of the largest fulfillment houses, Palm Coast Data. She excels at building collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization and cross-functionally with financial planning, digital media, database, acquisition, retention, fulfillment, newsstand and editorial.

She developed the audience marketing and engagement plans for the launch of several iPad apps and optimized subscription acquisition via branded websites. Madeline has developed innovative marketing strategies and initiated quality customer service programs for leading consumer, general business, technology and B2B publications, and has directed marketing for books, newsletters, conferences, online services and product launches. A leader on senior publishing teams, Madeline has experience in strategic positioning for both paid and controlled titles. She has held various positions at AOL Time Warner, CMP Media, The New York Times Company, Thompson Financial Information; consulted for Hearst Magazines and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia; and founded a local guide book, What To Do: Armonk, Bedford & Chappaqua.

Kolin is currently on his second stint with ProCirc. He originally joined ProCirc in 2003 initially working on the Vanguarde Media accounts, and eventually transitioning to the Lifestyle Media titles as an account manager overseeing all aspects of the account . In between his time at ProCirc he served as the Circulation Director at Research to Practice where he was responsible for all facets of their medical journal circulation and customer service.

Immediately before relocating to Miami, he ran his own consulting firm providing marketing analytics for Reader's Digest, Guideposts, HSN, Consumer Reports, and A&E among others.

Marlene joins ProCirc after more than 10 years as an independent publishing consultant. Primarily focusing on circulation planning and finance, she built a large and diverse practice and is knowledgeable in all the major circulation planning software packages. Her past experience includes positions as Planning Director and Circulation Business Manager at a variety of publishers. For six years, she was Associate Director, Circulation Consulting at CDS where she supported the CDS Circulation Model. She has spent her entire career in publishing, first in accounting, then corporate planning before moving into
circulation.

Kim joined the ProCirc Miami team with over 15 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, specializing in Print Production. Most recently, Kim was the Director of Marketing for FanVision, managing co-branded marketing campaigns with the NFL, NASCAR, Formula 1 and PGA. Originally from Minnesota, Kim has worked in Marketing for Select Comfort and U.S. Bank, as well as spending 7 years in Denver with Jackson National Life, and Heinrich Marketing Agency, working on Macy's, Bloomingdale's and Wells Fargo accounts. Kim has a BS in International Business from Southwest State University in MN, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Colorado.

Matthew joined ProCirc after serving 8 years as Marketing Director at The Leeb Group, a financial publisher and asset management firm. There he led the digital acquisition and retention programs for the 8+ subscription advisories and product lines in addition to producing digital programs and events. Prior to this, Matthew worked at Time Out North America, as Subscriptions Manager on Time Out New York and the launch of Time Out New York Kids. He managed all acquisition and retention channels, as well as marketing their restaurant and city guides. Before that Matthew served as Circulation Manager at Haymarket Media, managing PR Week among other titles. Matthew started his career in publishing as an Auditor with BPA Worldwide - starting in the field and eventually moving into database auditing operations. Matthew graduated from The State University of New York at Albany with a B.A. in English.
